Accessing your account settings in the Moseiki app allows you to customize and control various aspects of your user experience. Here’s how to navigate these settings:

Begin on your profile screen and click on the Hamburger Menu located in the top right corner of the screen.

Within the Account Settings, you'll find several sections:

  • Subscriptions: Tap here to purchase a Moseiki ID and become a premium subscriber, unlocking additional features.

  • Account Center: Make changes to your account details such as your name, profile picture, date of birth, and location.

  • Notifications: Modify your notification preferences to manage how you receive alerts.

  • My QR Code: Display or share your personal QR Code, which provides a direct link to your profile.

  • Analytics: View statistics related to your posts, including follower counts, shares, and general engagement.

  • Your Liked: Access a list of posts you've liked, allowing you to revisit favorite content easily.

  • Restricted: Manage Restricted Mode on or off.

  • Close Friends: Customize who is in your Close Friends circle for more private content sharing.

  • Security: Update and manage your security settings to ensure your account’s safety.

  • Help Center: Navigate to the help centre for assistance with any issues or queries.

  • Give Feedback: Provide feedback about your user experience or report any problems.

  • Log Out: Sign out of your Moseiki Account.

Where can i see my account Activity Log?

You can view your account Activity Log in the Moseiki app by navigating to the Account Settings. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Open the Moseiki app and go to your profile.

  2. Click on the Hamburger Menu in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Select Account Settings from the menu.

  4. Find and tap on Activity Log.

In the Activity Log, you can review recent activities on your account, such as logins and settings changes. This section also allows you to monitor for any unauthorized access. If you notice suspicious activity, you can use this feature to log out from other devices remotely, ensuring your account's security.

How can i change my language preferences for Moseiki App?

To change your language preferences in the Moseiki app, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Moseiki app and navigate to your profile screen.

  2. Tap on the Hamburger Menu located in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Select Account Settings from the expanded menu options.

  4. Scroll down to find Language and tap on it.

  5. You’ll see a list of available languages. Select the language you prefer to use for the app.

Once you've selected your preferred language, the app interface will update to reflect your choice. This change will affect all menus, buttons, and navigational elements within the app.

How can I switch or add an account in the Moseiki App?

To switch between accounts or add a new account in the Moseiki app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Moseiki app and go to your profile screen.

  2. Tap on the Hamburger Menu located in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Choose Account Settings from the menu.

  4. Look for and select Switch Account.

  5. Here, you will see a list of accounts you’ve previously logged into. You can switch by selecting the account you wish to use.

  6. To add a new account, click on the Add Moseiki Account button and follow the prompts to log in or create a new account.

This feature allows you to manage multiple Moseiki accounts conveniently, either switching between them or adding new ones as needed.

How can I add people to my Close Friends Circle?
  1. Open the Moseiki app and go to your profile screen.

  2. Tap on the Hamburger Menu located in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Choose Account Settings from the menu.

  4. Look for and select Close Friends.

There are two ways to add your friends: search or scroll through the list.

  • Search: Use the search bar at the top to find specific friends by typing their names.

  • Scroll: Scroll through the list of friends to find the ones you want to add.

To add friends, tap on their name. A checkmark will appear indicating that they are selected. You can select up to a maximum of 150 friends.

Once you have selected all the friends you want to add, tap the "Save" button located at the top right corner of the screen. The selected friends will now be added to your Close Friends Circle.

How can i change my Notification Preferences?

You can view your account Activity Log in the Moseiki app by navigating to the Account Settings. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Open the Moseiki app and go to your profile.

  2. Click on the Hamburger Menu in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Select Account Settings from the menu.

  4. Find and tap on Notifications.

In the Notifications section, you can review and manage various types of notifications for your account. This includes push notifications, email notifications, and SMS notifications. You can customize your preferences for different activities, such as posts, messages, followers, trends, marketplace activities, and more. This feature helps you stay updated on account activities and ensures you receive the alerts you want.

What is Restricted Mode and how to toggle it?

Restricted Mode is a feature that helps limit the appearance of content that may not be appropriate for some audiences. This mode is designed to filter out sensitive content, ensuring a safer browsing experience.

  1. Open the Moseiki app and go to your profile.

  2. Click on the Hamburger Menu in the top corner of the screen.

  3. Select Account Settings from the menu.

  4. Find and tap on Restriction.

  5. Use the switch to turn on Restricted Mode.

  6. When prompted, enter your account password to activate the mode (note: the password screen will display a generic passcode entry, but you should use your account password).

How to provide feedback about the Moseiki App?

In the Account Settings menu look for and select Give Feedback.

  1. Choose the category that best describes your issue (e.g., Account, Wallet, Marketplace, Post & Stories, Live Stream, Interaction, Other).

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue in the description field.

  3. You can upload a screenshot to demonstrate the problem. This will help the support team understand the issue better.

  4. Once you have filled in the description and optionally uploaded a screenshot, tap the Send button to submit your feedback.

  5. After submitting your feedback, you will see a confirmation screen thanking you for your feedback. Tap Done to complete the process.
